Job Summary: Office Assistant - Full Time - Evenings and weekends Off!

Job: Full-time multi-tasker Office Assistant with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Responsibilities include handling clerical tasks in our office, providing professional assistance via incoming and outgoing phones calls and emails, as well as greeting clients and visitors at our store with a sense of urgency and responsiveness to assist. Candidate should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others and willing to meet each challenge directly.
Must be very comfortable using computers, the creation and management of Word, Excel and PDF docs to produce sales sheets and bid quote proposals and cost sheets, along with data entry of customer call service tickets into MS Access software. (All trained hands on) Dispatching & scheduling service tickets. Sign/unbox/sort/label incoming shipment packages weighing up to 80 pounds and tracking of inventory with first in/first out method, performing other general office clerk duties and errands.
Benefits, Training, Perks and Pay: Hands on training is provided all aspects of job including the point of sale/invoicing accounting software. Working hours of Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 5 pm, with your evenings and weekends off. Paid Hourly between $15 to $18 per hour based on experience.
After working 3 months of the probationary period, additional benefit packages are offered such as healthcare, eye and dental and 401K plan. You are given 80 hours of Paid Time Off yearly, 16 hours sick/funeral and 6 Paid Holidays which are New Years, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and ½ day ALF Friday.
Skillset: verbal and written communication, accuracy and attention to detail, ability to work well under pressure, navigate multiple deadlines, organizational skills, time-management skills, problem-solving skills, basic math skills, ability to work well under limited supervision.
In order for you to be selected as a candidate, you will need the ability to write clearly, be proficient with the basics of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Windows Explorer applications. A warm and pleasing personality with strong communication skills is also highly valued.

Job Requirements
- Transportation: must have valid drivers license and own transportation to our office. Company vehicle provided for company calls.
- Education: High School diploma. Associates degree with past administrative experience or tenure in an office setting is a plus.
- Experience: Basics of MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Window Explorer and usage of an electric calculator.
- Training: On the Job Training is provided.
