NO warnings again, no calls, no postings, no visiting front door

06/11/2025 3:04 pm - look at all these construction vehicles taking over our private parking lot past the posted TCE limit.

06/13/2025 3:07 pm - our Private Land has become a highway during construction.

This is ONE of MANY citizen vehicles that are using our private parking lot.
When the road is closed, the general public, delivery semi trucks and ambulances drive thru our private land to access one of 3 businesses located behind our building.

WRC Senior Services at Water Run Landing:
Employees
Delivery trucks
Pharmacy deliveries
Grocery deliveries
Ambulance Emergency Calls
Our private land has become a highway for all these services and for employees to report to work.

WRC Skilled Nursing Home: (60 residents)
The Villas (includes 30 homes)

Location: behind J. Fred Cherico's personal private property (aka Computer Support)

The Medicine Shoppe in Clarion (814-226-9310) tried to deliver medicine to WRC's skilled nursing care several times in the last two months. She could not access Water Run Road beside our property due to major holes in highway, she could not cross over. She attempted 4 times by driving by, turning around, and tried again four times. She rolled her window down and asked the road flagger how to access WRC to deliver their medicine. At first the flagger had no idea there were elderly citizens living back this road and said " I have no idea either "

WRC Senior Services number is 814-226-3799, ask for the manager who is also upset with staffing shortages and access to their building for ambulances.

Customers for NAPA Auto Store and Certified Auto Care are using our private land as a highway connector.
Semi trucks, UPS/Fed Ex trucks and personal vehicles are driving thru our private land, behind the building and to gain access to these 2 local businesses.
