Job Summary: Computer Support is hiring a full-time Network Support Technician. Needed knowledge is how to install/support VMWare, Hyper V Host and HPE MSA Storage, Cloud Based and On-premise Applications. Work includes daily driving to customer sites in a provided company owned car. Normal Hours are 7:30 A.M-5 P.M. Competitive wages and Benefit Package. Overtime Wages apply.

Responsibilities may include:

• Maintaining and improving customers information technology systems.
• Install, maintain, repair networks, servers, workstations
• Configure, install, maintain LAN/WAN devices
• Be competent with MS Servers, VMware, CISCO, HPE Switches, VoIP phone infrastructure, Security Cameras, network and camera wiring. 
• Ensure all hardware and software other technology deployments from start to finish ensuring error-free and timely completion. 
• Evaluate strengths and weaknesses of technology systems when compared to systems available in the market.
• Perform other duties as assigned. 

Performance

• Employee must be able to sit and stand for various amounts of time.
• Employee must be able to lift, push, pull or carry up to 50 lbs.
• Employee must have a present PA Drivers License and a clean driving record. 
• Employee must present themselves in nice attire every day unless on wiring or camera jobs.
• Employee must show up at the correct times and be able to drive or have a ride to work. 
• Employee will be expected to have good customer service and respect for our valued customers. 
• Employee must be able to read, hear, speak and see English.

Job Requirements 

• Education:
  • ​Bachelors' Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or related field. 
• Experience:
  • 2 years experience in an IT Related Field
• Training: 
  • ​On the Job Training will be provided.
  • Cross Training will be provided. 
  • Seminars, Video Calls, In-Person Trainings will be provided.
