Responsibilities include:
- Answering phones, take messages, answer doors and meet and greet customers
- Tracking / Monitor intake of repaired units
- Selecting computers with customers based on their software usage
- Creating various types of Proposals for retail customers / small to medium size businesses in MS Word
- Creating Picking Slips for new orders in accounting software
- Calling vendors to obtain/verify current market pricing
- Receiving delivery trucks, unloading/opening up to 75 pound boxes, sorting and labeling products
- Carrying products within office and also outside to customer vehicles as well as company vehicles.
- Creating, Receiving, Applying Purchase Orders
- Audit/Track/Record items ordered on purchase orders
- Process Invoices to Customers on hardware products and software and labor services, remote and onsite
- Audit Accts Receivable customer balances, verify costing and payments made
- Updating databases in MS Access and creating MS Word documents and creating spreadsheets in MS Excel
- Training on using our internal accounting system will be provided.
- Monitoring current costs on all inventory product and weekly counting of inventory.
Position Requirements.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and well-developed analytical skills.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly responsibilities.
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk fast paced to move equipment and to carry items as required by job duties.
- Consistently maintain a professional appearance and adhere to the company dress code.
- Demonstrate punctuality and reliable transportation to ensure timely attendance.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism and respect in all client interactions.
- Personal discussions should not interfere with productivity, focus or team efficiency.
- Proficient in reading, writing, speaking and understanding English.
Job Requirements
- Education:
- At least 2 years work experience in professional office.
- Having at least high school education.
- Having experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable will be helpful.
- Experience:
- Must be very proficient with MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
- On job training for MS Access and MS Publisher and Open Systems Accounting Software
- Fast typing skills a must.
- Filing is a must. Preferred filing via Scanner as well.
